Nazri kena gi kerja dari tengahari sampai 10 malam sebab dia kat wad emergency sekarang. So, I dutifully cooked him some lunch - singgang ikan, telur dadar and some seafood.
Aku : Yang, sedap tak?
Nazri : Mmm..sedap (at the same time trying to avoid any eye contact)
Aku : Lauk yang mana sedap?
Nazri : (pause) err… YOU! (sambil tersengih-sengih)
My Nazri, a typical hubby. Nak jaga hati aku la tu. Dia tau akibatnya buruk kalau dia kutuk masakan aku, hehehe…
hehehehe..best lesson i learnt from this: not to even ask my husband esok “sedap ke tak?” ..dunno whether I’d be able to handle the disappointing truth or even to take in such ’sweet’ lies.. hihihihi :p makan jelaaa baaaanggg…
