Touch ‘n Go: This glitch is costing us too much

I WOULD like to highlight the problem I face in using the Touch ’n Go card and the Smart Tag.
Recently, I reloaded my card for RM50 at a Petronas service station at Bukit Antarabangsa.
After I had used it for a few days driving from my house to my office
in Subang Jaya, my credit balance dropped from RM48 to RM4.50.
I was surprised at this sudden drop in my credit line. When I inquired
at the same service station, the staff told me that she had received a
number of complaints from customers.
I hope the Touch ’n Go authorities would look into this matter. People
use the card for convenience and not to be inconvenienced with
financial mix-ups or worse, being short-changed.
I also hope that our Transport Ministry could look into this matter as
there may well be others facing the same problem without being aware of
it.
Hmph.. u need a ‘datuk’ jugak to actually make this a big huha.. a datuk in bukit antarabangsa nevertheless.. sebbaik bkn datuk K! haha!
