I saw her on Monday.
I asked her several questions with an annoying voice and face.
Dia jawab tergagap-gagap, pastu bagi jawapan ntah apa-apa. Kantoi la tuh.
Then she came to see me on Tuesday.
"Why did you sound so annoyed yesterday? Bla..bla..blaa"
"Miss S, you need to sit down."
Then I gave her a piece of my mind.
Dia siap boleh deny lagi certain things that she said to me…
"No..no I never said that."
I said, "Yes, Miss S, you said it."
"Oh really? Then I apologize, actually what I meant was bla..bla..blaa". (expecting me to buy all those shits)
Ok then, out of respect I also apologized to her if I have offended her in any way (tak ikhlas pun, as I said - out of respect aje mengenangkan dia orang tua and ’senior’ kat sini.)
You know what did she say?
"Oh it’s ok, I know you are a DARAH MUDA and one day you are going to handle someone with darah muda also."
And then she kept blabbering how she has all the experience etc.
Well, that was easy?!!
She still wouldn’t admit her mistakes.
The lesson that she gave me was:
If you are old and buat kerja macam taik, anytime ada orang tak puas hati dgn you, you just blame it on their age.
Well excuse me, orang2 darah muda ni ni lagi reti buat kerja properly compared to orang2 tua yang konon senior and lebih makan garam and demand us to respect them just because they are older than us.
Better darah muda daripada darah tinggi, Miss S.
Puh-lease.
heehheeh..

ko blh buat drama bersiri mcm ni Nida..
bottom line is no matter how much u respect a person bear in mind they are not perfect as u think they are.
Heh! In a meeting once i said harshly that people in me organisaion, the one in HQ are all ignorant. Everyone just keep quiet.
Seriously, older experience people make mistakes too. As time flies, certain things changes, some things becomes obsolete and all. Unless we take the caution to update ourselves to always be in tune with these changes, or at least knows about it if we do not acknowldge it, then we’ll become obsolete as well and make ridiculous decision etc.
Malaysia got so many leaders like this, be it politicians, civil servants, lecturers , managers bla bla bla.
Worst, most do not want to admit their mistakes but like to blame it on others. Ada yang lagi jahat, curi our ideas and claim it as their own. Ai yai yai yai yai…
This life cycle will be and have actually been repeated many many times. They say sabar jerlah.. but really, mana boleh tahan!
This coming week i may have to blow the top once more. Poor ‘old senior experience people’. Hahahahaha!!
